Fitness and wellness have become major components for good health and complete wellbeing. Unfortunately there has always been a disconnect and separation between fitness and wellness. We are often told to be active, to exercise, to diet or to eat healthy to be healthy. 

These fitness and wellness prescriptions that are given to us never fully take into consideration how our fitness and wellness  can work together to form a connection with our complete wellbeing.

The Ka-netic online social community will use our platform to help our members understand and connect to their fitness and wellness. WELLNESS TIP

Focus on your breath for just one minute. Start by breathing in and out slowly, holding your breath for a count of six once you’ve inhaled. Then breathe out slowly, letting the breath flow effortlessly out back into the atmosphere. Notice your thoughts, let them be and then return to focusing your breath. Repeat 3x.
